TradeVizor

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradeVizor, the web application available at https://tradevizor.ai and its related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The Service is operated by [Owner legal name], a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number [KVK number], trading as TradeVizor(“we”, “us”, “our”).

Registered address: [Street and number], [Postal code] [City], the Netherlands. Email for all notices, questions, complaints and requests under these Terms: support@tradevizor.ai.

2. What TradeVizor is

TradeVizor is software that helps you keep and review a journal of your own trading. Depending on your plan, the Service lets you:

All analytics are retrospective. They describe trades you already made, using the figures in the statements you provide. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to any trading venue.

Parts of the Service may be labelled as beta, preview or coming soon. Such parts may change, be limited or be withdrawn at any time, and may not be available on every plan.

3. Eligibility and your account

4. Your content and broker connections

Your content

Everything you upload or enter into the Service, including broker statements, trades, notes, labels, moods, your trading profile and your settings, is your content. You keep all rights in it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and transmit your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service for you, and for as long as you keep it in your account.

You are responsible for your content: for having the right to upload it, and for its accuracy. Every figure the Service shows you is derived from what you provide. We do not verify statements against your broker, and we do not correct them.

Broker connections

Where the Service offers a connection to a broker account through the broker’s own interface or API keys, that connection is optional and is set up by you. We use it only to read the account and trade history you authorise and, if you expressly opt in to it, to create and maintain price alerts in that broker account. The Service never places, modifies or closes orders and never moves funds. You are responsible for the scope of the keys you create and for revoking them in your broker account when you no longer want the connection. Your use of a broker remains subject to that broker’s own terms.

5. No financial advice, no regulated service

The Service provides software, analytics and information only. Nothing in the Service, in any output it generates, in any message it sends you or on our website is, or should be read as:

We are not an investment firm, bank, broker or financial adviser, and we are not licensed or supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), De Nederlandsche Bank or any other financial regulator. The Service reviews the past. It does not predict markets, and it does not tell you what to trade.

Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products and contracts for difference, involves a high risk of loss. Past performance shown in the Service is your own historical result and is no indication of future results. You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make, before, during or after using the Service. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.

6. AI features

Some features use an artificial intelligence model to write a narrative over calculations we make in code, for example a review of your own closed trades against your own trading rules, or an answer to a fixed question about your own history. Where a text is generated by an AI system, the Service says so on that text.

7. Market data

Price charts, quotes, historical bars, indicators and everything computed from them are available on paid plans only. The Free plan works on the figures in your own statements and shows no third-party market data.

Market data is obtained from third-party sources and is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use within the Service. You must not redistribute, resell, scrape, export in bulk or otherwise make market data available to others. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and may be interrupted or withdrawn where a source changes or ends. It is not suitable as the sole basis for trading decisions.

8. Plans, prices and payment

Plans

The Service is offered in a Free plan and in paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on the Plans & billing page, which forms part of these Terms. At the effective date of these Terms only the Free plan can be used; paid plans are announced as coming soon and cannot yet be purchased. This section applies to paid plans and credits from the moment they become available.

Prices and payment

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a paid plan or a credit purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because paid plans and credits are digital services that start immediately, we ask for your express consent to start straight away at checkout. If you give that consent and the service has started, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided; for credits that are fully used within the 14 days, the right of withdrawal lapses. To withdraw, email support@tradevizor.ai within the 14 days with a clear statement of your decision.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, calculations, rule sets and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own trading journal. No other rights are granted. The TradeVizor name and logo may not be used without our written permission. Reports and analytics the Service generates for you may be used by you for your own purposes; the underlying software and methods remain ours.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, market data and, where you opt in, message delivery and broker connections. Those providers are listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of a third-party service through the Service (for example a broker connection or a messaging app) is also subject to that third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any given time. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, market data interruptions and events outside our control may affect it.

We may change, add or remove features, and may change the contents of a plan. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before it takes effect. We may discontinue the Service altogether with at least 60 days’ notice, during which you can export your data.

13. Ending the agreement

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. In particular we do not warrant that calculations, statistics, simulations, market data or AI output are accurate, complete or current, or that the Service will meet your requirements or help you trade profitably.

Nothing in this section limits rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the right to a digital service that conforms to the contract.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing in that period.

To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, trading losses, loss of data caused by events outside our control, or loss resulting from decisions you took in reliance on the Service, on market data or on AI output.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury, for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms and prevail over them where they conflict.

If you use the Service for a business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the Service changes, when paid plans become available or when the law requires it. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, and the new version will state its effective date at the top. If you do not agree with a change you may end the agreement before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always available at https://tradevizor.ai/terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.

If you have a complaint, email support@tradevizor.ai first. We aim to respond within 14 days and to resolve complaints in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way are submitted to the competent court of [district], the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you may instead bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence where the law gives you that right, and you may choose the court competent under the law within one month after we have invoked the court named here in writing.
